Privacy, terms and refunds

This is a sample text for a demo site. A lawyer should check the final version before the site opens.

Privacy policy

We keep only what we need to run the community:

• Your name, email and password (the password is stored in a protected way, we can never read it).
• Your profile: photo, country, English level, interests and goals. Only members can see it. There are no public profiles.
• Your posts, comments and private messages.
• Payment status. Your card details stay with the payment company, never with us.

Inside the member area we keep simple activity records: when you log in, how long you stay, which pages you open and what you search for. Only the host and her team see them, to plan better lessons and to see who might need a hello. We never sell or share them, and they are deleted with your account.

The AI helper (the little chat in the corner) sends your question to Google Gemini to write the answer. Please do not write private things like card numbers there. Questions it cannot answer go to the host.

We use your email to send you important messages about your membership, reminders for sessions you booked, and the newsletter. Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link.

You can download or delete your data at any time. In your profile, choose “Delete my account”. Everything is deleted.

Terms of use

• You must be 18 or older to join.
• Your membership is a monthly subscription. It renews every month until you cancel.
• Be kind and respectful. The host can hide posts and remove members who break the community rules.
• The videos, workbooks and texts are for your own learning. Please do not share them outside the community.

Refund policy

You can cancel at any time in your profile. You keep access until the end of the month you paid for. If something went wrong with a payment, write to the host and we will fix it quickly.

Cookies

We use only the cookies we need: one to keep you logged in and one to remember your browser. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, so you do not see a cookie banner.
